Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive Clinical Trial Administrator to support the smooth running of our clinical research unit. This is a varied role that combines front-of-house responsibilities with essential administrative support for clinical trials. You will liaise with patients, healthcare providers, and study sponsors to ensure efficient trial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient visits and maintain accurate scheduling.
• Manage front-of-house duties and provide a welcoming environment for participants.
• Chase and organize medical records to support trial documentation.
• Communicate with GPs, physicians, and study sponsors to facilitate trial processes.
• Assist with broader administrative tasks across the research unit.

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in a similar role within a clinical research site is highly desirable.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with clinical trial processes and regulatory requirements.
• Nursing or clinical background advantageous; ideal for those seeking progression to RN or Study Coordinator roles.
