Your Role: Clinical Pharmacist - A Catalyst for Change

Who You Are

We’re looking for individuals who:

Are registered with the GPhC

Hold a current driving licence with no more than 6 points and have access to a car

Are committed to continuous learning and personal development

Possess excellent communication skills and can build strong relationships with primary care teams

Are driven by a mission to deliver clinical excellence and make a real difference
