Our continued growth means we’re now seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Negotiator to join our expanding residential sales team.


Role Description


As a Sales Negotiator, you’ll play a pivotal role in converting leads into successful sales. You’ll be responsible for building strong relationships with buyers and sellers, arranging and conducting viewings, and managing sales through to completion. This role suits an ambitious, articulate professional who thrives on exceeding expectations and takes pride in providing a seamless client experience from start to finish.


Key Responsibilities

 

  • Qualify and register potential buyers, matching them with suitable properties
  • Conduct property viewings with enthusiasm, professionalism, and market insight
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring clear communication at every stage
  • Liaise closely with a Sales Director with many years of experience in the industry to learn and grow
  • Manage and update all activity through the internal CRM system
  • Keep up to date with the local market, pricing trends, and competitor activity
  • Generate new business through follow-ups, referrals, and re-engaging historic applicants and market appraisals 
  • Contribute ideas and feedback to continuously enhance Hemmingfords client experience and professional standards


Candidate Requirements


  • Minimum 1–2 years experience in residential sales, lettings, sales or hospitality within London (preferred)
  • Proven track record in generating offers and progressing sales
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organised, proactive, and target-driven
  • Comfortable with pressure and team KPI's
  • Strong understanding of the North and North West London property market would be advantageous 
  • Confident user of property CRM systems (Alto experience advantageous)
  • Interpersonal skills to build trustworthy client relationships
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive experience for all clients & Team members.
  • Ability to work on-site in London
  • Full UK driving licence
