CIMPOR is seeking a highly motivated and resilient Sales Administrator to join our Commercial Team at out Bristol Port office.

We are looking for a candidate who will thrive in a fast-paces environment, balancing the autonomy required for precise order processing with the collaboration needed to coordinate intricate logistics across multiple internal and external stakeholders.


What You Will Be Responsible For:

Logistics & International Coordination

  • Manage the end-to-end sales order process for UK clients
  • Act as the crucial link between UK customers and CIMPOR Portugal, ensuring all cement shipments align with production plans
  • Coordinate financial documentation (pro-forma invoices) and ensure strict pre-vessel departure payment checks are completed in conjunction with the Finance Department

Proactive Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, proactively reaching out to anticipate future product requirements
  • Manage and appropriately escalate customer queriers, demonstrating resilience and professionalism to ensure a timely, satisfactory resolution

Commercial & Operational Support

  • Liaise with the Operations Department to monitor and maintain accurate product stock figures against future orders
  • Accurately maintain all pricing records with the Commercial Manager
  • Assist in market studies and credit control functions as required


Who We Are Looking For:

Resilience: Proven ability to handle high-pressure logistics and sensitive customer interactions without compromising professionalism

Experience: Previous experience in a high-volume commercial support or administrative role is preferred

Skills: Exceptional organizational abilities, proficiency in Microsoft Suite, and the capacity to manage multiple competing tasks simultaneously

Bonus: Experience with SAP or a background in construction materials (cement, aggregates, etc.) is highly desirable
