Key Responsibilities

You’ll coach groups of working professionals through hands-on, practical Data and AI learning journeys. Your mission is to help them think clearly, solve problems, use real tools, and apply what they learn immediately in their jobs.

Coaching & Delivery

• Run engaging live sessions and workshops across your area of expertise (Data, AI, Business Analysis, or Data Protection)
• Coach learners through real scenarios inside Prism, using real datasets and applied challenges
• Offer 1:1 support to help learners build confidence, communication, and technical thinking
• Guide learners through project-based work that mirrors real-world business needs

Bringing Industry Into Learning

• Break down complex concepts simply and memorably
• Use real examples from your own experience to make the learning stick
• Help shape content and delivery by sharing insight into what actually happens in industry

Multi-Disciplinary Contribution

Your background will determine which areas you contribute to. We run multiple pathways, and you may support more than one depending on your strengths:

• Data Analysis

• Experiment with new formats, demonstrations, and ways of explaining concepts
• Collaborate with the Ops and Product teams to improve learner experience

Your First 90 Days

• Deliver your primary apprenticeship pathway independently
• Support cross-standard delivery where relevant
• Run Prism-based scenario projects confidently
• Prepare apprentices for EPA with structured milestone planning
• Build strong learner relationships and coaching rhythms
• Contribute to a consistent teaching & learning culture

Technical strength in at least ONE of these domains:

Data Analyst

• SQL
• Python
• Power BI
• Data modelling & analysis

Data Protection & IG Practitioner

• GDPR
• Data governance frameworks
• Risk, controls, compliance

Business Analyst

• Requirements gathering
• Workflow/process mapping
• Stakeholder communication
• Translating technical concepts
