Candidate Profile
- Proven experience as a Headteacher or Deputy Headteacher in a SEN setting.
- Strong knowledge of Ofsted procedures and school improvement strategies.
- Skilled in budget management and operational leadership.
- Relevant degree and teaching qualification.
- Passionate about improving outcomes for young people with additional needs.
