Locum Occupational Therapist – Reablement Specialist (Full-Time, 3 Months)

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist with a strong background in reablement to join our dynamic team for a 3-month locum assignment. This is an excellent opportunity to make a real difference in supporting individuals to regain independence and improve their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality occupational therapy interventions focused on reablement.
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement tailored care plans.
• Assess functional abilities and provide strategies to enhance independence in daily living.
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions to achieve optimal outcomes.

Requirements:

• HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist.
• Proven experience in reablement services.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
