Are you an experienced SEN TA or LSA looking for your next fulfilling role? Milk Education is partnering with secondary schools across Greater Manchester who need skilled professionals to support students with a range of special educational needs.

About the Role

• Provide tailored 1:1 and small-group support to students with SEND

• Assist learners with ASC, ADHD, SEMH, MLD and behavioural needs

• Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs and pastoral staff

• Support inclusion, confidence and engagement in the classroom

What We’re Looking For

Experienced SEN TAs and LSAs who are confident working with additional needs, adaptable in their approach, and committed to helping young people succeed. You should be based in Greater Manchester and ready for a full-time position, with a willingness to engage in CPD where needed.
