Job description
Insight Global are seeking a Administrative Procurement Coordinator. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day procurement administration, including processing purchase orders within NetSuite, overseeing the procurement helpdesk, supporting tactical purchasing, maintaining vendor and contract records, and coordinating contract execution via ContractLogix / LegalSifter.

- Supply Chain Management Support
- Procurement Process & Compliance Support
Targeting the Following Skillsets:
- Administrative, procurement, supply chain, or operations support experience preferred.
- Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems strongly preferred.
- Experience with contract management tools (ContractLogix, LegalSifter, or equivalent) is a plus.
