What You Will Do:

• Lead assessments and recommendations for major adaptations, including home modifications to improve accessibility and safety.
• Work closely with local authority teams, clients, and other professionals to ensure adaptations meet individual needs and statutory requirements.
• Provide professional advice and reports for clients, managers, and relevant stakeholders to support decision-making.
• Manage a caseload independently, demonstrating sound clinical reasoning, prioritisation, and organisation.
• Uphold the highest professional standards, ensuring compliance with HCPC regulations and local authority policies.

Requirements:

• HCPC registration is essential.
• Must have recent local authority experience.
• Proven experience in major adaptations OT.
• Full driving licence required to travel between client sites.
