What You Will Do:

• Support clients through their recovery journey with personalised guidance and care
• Conduct assessments and develop individual recovery plans
• Deliver one-to-one sessions and facilitate group workshops on substance misuse and prevention
• Monitor client progress and adapt recovery strategies as required
• Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals and local agencies
• Advocate for clients to ensure their needs and voices are represented
