Clinical Sales Specialist – South UK

Territory: South UK

South East, East Anglia, South West, with project support up to the Midlands


We’re looking for a clinically credible, commercially minded Clinical Sales Specialist with strong theatre experience to cover the South of the UK.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being in theatre, supporting cases, running demos, advising clinical teams, and helping drive adoption through proper clinical engagement.


You’ll have a lot of autonomy, real responsibility, and the chance to make a visible impact as part of a growing UK team. If you like variety, flexibility, and being trusted to get on with the job, this role will suit you. This will include:


  • Taking ownership and responsibility of a large territory, requiring flexibility to travel and commercial mindset to drive adoption in this region.
  • Supporting surgeons, theatre staff, and clinical teams with demonstrations, and in-theatre support.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor, explaining the clinical value and practical use of products.
  • Working closely with wider teams to help progress opportunities and close out opportunities.
  • Having credible, confident conversations with surgeons and senior hospital staff.
  • Building strong relationships across hospitals and understanding what customers actually need.
  • Attending exhibitions, conferences, and training events when required.
  • Feeding back market insight, competitor activity, and customer feedback.
  • Managing your territory and activity using a CRM system.


Required Experience

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience working in a commercial setting in a clinically or sales focused position within a theatre settings.
  • Experience prior to commercial in a theatre or nursing setting would be highly desired (scrub nurse, ODP, surgical assistant etc). Strong understanding of operating room workflows and hospital procedures.
  • Comfortable and confident in operating rooms and hospital settings.
  • Commercially aware and happy working to targets and KPIs, without losing sight of clinical quality.
  • Strong communicator who can present, train, and build trust quickly.
  • Confident dealing with senior surgeons and decision-makers.
  • Self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently.
  • Flexible, professional, and a genuine team player.
