THE ROLE

As a Software Engineer, you will develop cutting-edge software solutions that power the agency’s proprietary platforms and client projects. Your work will focus on creating scalable, high-performance applications that enable brands to engage audiences more effectively.

Specifically, you can expect to be involved in the following:

  • Technical tasks: Designing and implementing software using TypeScript, JavaScript, and Node.js, with a strong emphasis on GCP for cloud-based solutions.
  • Other key responsibilities: Collaborating with a dynamic team to build proof-of-concepts, AI agents, and digital tools that streamline workflows and enhance client outcomes.


SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

The successful Software Engineer will have the following skills and experience:

  • 5+ years of software engineering experience, with a focus on TypeScript, JavaScript, and Node.js.
  • Proficiency in GCP and modern software development practices.
  • Experience with SQL, Python and data visualization is a plus.
  • Some experience in AI
  • A background in agency, consultancy, or digital marketing environments is preferred.
  • A passion for solving complex problems and delivering innovative solutions.


The successful Software Engineer will receive the following benefits:
