  • Oversee financial reporting, invoicing and client reporting with accurate supporting data
  • Support retention strategies and contribute to wider business and divisional objectives

About You

  • Proven experience leading a large, complex B&I or events-led operation (in excess of £4m+ turnover)
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen, with experience of budgets, forecasts and P&L ownership
  • Background in premium hospitality, events, fine dining or multi-retail environments
  • Confident, credible client-facing leader with strong influencing and communication skills
  • Experienced people manager with a track record in developing senior operational teams
  • Highly organised, resilient and solutions-focused, able to manage multiple priorities

Why This Role?

  • A senior, visible leadership role within a flagship London account
  • Opportunity to shape food, service and client experience at a premium level
  • Genuine scope to influence strategy, innovation and future growth
  • Competitive salary, bonus and benefits package

If you are a quality and commercially-driven hospitality leader who thrives in complex, client-led environments and you’re ready to take ownership of a high-profile exciting operation, we would welcome a confidential discussion!
