 We’re Hiring: Nursing Home Manager – Midlands

Are you a compassionate and experienced leader with a passion for quality care?

We’re seeking an exceptional Nursing Home Manager to manage 32 bed home in the Birmingham  region.

You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, leading a dedicated care team, and ensuring the highest standards of service, compliance, and resident wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Manage and support staff to deliver outstanding care

✅ Maintain CQC compliance and promote best practice

✅ Oversee budgets, occupancy, and care delivery standards

✅ Foster a positive, person-centred environment for residents and staff alike

What We’re Looking For:

✔ Proven experience as a Nursing Home Manager or Deputy Manager

✔ Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills

✔ Sound understanding of CQC regulations and safeguarding procedures

✔ A genuine passion for improving lives and upholding dignity in care
