are looking for a new to join our team at our specialist production facility in London, SW19.

We are widely regarded as one of the World’s leading costume character companies. We specialise in the of over 140 licensed brands/characters within the UK at over 1500 events each year, and the of over 1000 custom made costume character mascots for our clients globally each year. In 2025 we won for Enterprise in International Trade.

: 

• We actively sell and organise, , over 1500 licensed character meet and greet events throughout the UK each year.

• We work alongside licensors such as , , , NBCUniversal, and , to promote their brands.

• We do this by selling managed events for hugely popular characters/brands such as , , , , , , and .

: 

• We sell and produce around 1000 custom made mascot costumes each year.

• Everything is handmade to order from our production facility in London.

• Our costumes are regarded as the best in the world.

• We produce them for many the world’s leading Brands, Attractions, Sports Teams, International Tournaments, Licensing Companies, TV and Film Studios including clients such as the licensors mentioned above, , , , Alton Towers, , and to name a few.

• Increase sales of licensed character events, activations, and bespoke mascot manufacture.

• Proactively develop strong outbound relationships with potential new clients.

• Provide exceptional management & customer service to an extensive account database of loyal clients.

• React quickly and effectively to regular inbound enquiries.

• Project management: Gather information, handle approvals, liaise with clients, events & production teams.

• This will require collaboration, relationship building, and being a problem solver

• You will meet with your customers on a face-to-face basis via regular travel throughout the UK.

• Represent the company at industry trade shows.

£10,000 - £15,000 expected commission (uncapped)

A Driving License is essential, as it is expected to regularly arrange face to face meetings with clients throughout the UK.

Upon satisfactory completion of a 6-month probationary period you will be invited to join Rainbow’s Health and Workplace Pension schemes.
