Sales Executive (Remote)

The Role

We are seeking articulate, motivated, and target-driven Sales Executive (Remote) to join our UK advisory division on a part-time, 16-hour contract.

This part-time role offers a standard schedule:

  • 10:00 am – 6:00 pm, Saturday
  • 11:00 am – 7:00 pm, Sunday


You will work exclusively with warm/hot inbound and outbound leads who have already expressed interest in university study. Your role is to assess eligibility, build rapport, and guide qualified applicants from enquiry to successful enrolment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct structured consultations via telephone
  • Manage inbound enquiries and complete outbound follow-up calls with warm leads.
  • Assess eligibility based on settlement status, age, education history, work experience, and funding criteria.
  • Clearly articulate programme benefits, government funding, and career pathways.
  • Handle objections with confidence and professionalism.
  • Collect, verify, and organise applicant documents.
  • Submit complete applications and manage cases through the CRM.
  • Liaise with university admissions teams to ensure smooth, compliant enrolment journeys.


Candidate Requirements

  • Must currently reside in the United Kingdom.
  • A mandatory 90-second video introduction (applications without this will not be considered).
  • Strong spoken English with a confident, professional telephone manner.
  • Experience in sales, customer service, education recruitment, or advisory roles is highly desirable.
  • Comfortable working in a KPI-driven, performance-oriented environment.
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills.
  • For remote/hybrid roles: stable internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace.


Working Hours

  • 16 hours per week
  • Overtime Evening shifts available every week


Compensation & Performance Structure

  • Base Salary: £12.21 per hr
  • KPI Bonus: Monthly bonuses for achieving performance targets

Hiring Process

1. Review of Video & CV

We assess communication style, professionalism, and suitability for an advisory role.

2. One-to-One Interview Stage

A formal interview to evaluate role understanding, sales ability, and approach to student support.

3. Oral Open-Book Assessment

A scenario-based oral assessment using notes if needed. This evaluates reasoning, communication, and accuracy.

4. Offer Letter Issued

Successful candidates receive an official offer and may begin immediately.
