- Job Title: B2B Sales Degree Apprentice
- Programme: Level 6 B2B Sales Degree Apprenticeship (3-year programme)
- Reports to: Head of Sales
- Location: Hybrid
Roles and Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development (with full training and support)
You will be coached and supported to:
- Research prospective organisations and stakeholders to enable high-quality, client-centric first contact
- Support outbound and inbound sales campaigns across different industry verticals
- Help generate and qualify new leads willing to engage in a call or meeting with Consalia
- Assist in developing and maintaining a healthy, accurate sales pipeline
- Carry out ongoing research into existing accounts and new business opportunities
- Support the sales team in progressing opportunities through the sales cycle
- Represent Consalia at selected events, webinars, and networking opportunities
- Accurately record activity and insights in Salesforce and other CRM tools
- Produce simple weekly updates to track learning, activity, and progress

As a Degree Apprentice, you will:
- Study towards the BSc Professional Practice in B2B Sales Degree Apprenticeship
- Apply learning directly to live sales opportunities at Consalia
- Receive structured coaching, mentoring, and on-the-job training
- Develop core skills in:
- Consultative B2B selling
- Account research and planning
- Sales pipeline management
- Professional communication
- Time and priority management
- Coaching & mentoring (ILM aligned)
- Exposure to MSc-level sales thinking and programmes
- Access to Consalia’s sales frameworks, tools, and thought leadership
Qualifications
- A-levels (or equivalent) required
- Degree not required (this role is designed for non-graduates or early-career candidates)
Essential Skills & Competencies

You should demonstrate:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good organisation and time management
- Attention to detail
- Confidence using digital tools (training provided for Salesforce)
- An interest in business, sales, and professional development
- Willingness to learn how to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- A proactive mindset and desire to take initiative
- Ability to work well in a small, collaborative team
- Comfort working in a fast-moving, growing organisation
Previous sales experience is not essential — attitude, curiosity, and commitment matter more.
