3 days in office / 2 days WFH

Role Overview

As a Senior Account Manager, you will lead corporate PR programmes, including issues and crisis management, reputation-led campaigns, and purpose-driven initiatives. You will be a trusted advisor to senior clients, shaping strategic campaigns and managing account teams to deliver standout work.

Experience in corporate crisis and issues management is highly desirable but not essential – what matters most is your passion for great PR, strategic thinking, and client-focused approach.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead corporate PR programmes focused on reputation, crisis, and purpose-led campaigns
  • Monitor industries, stakeholder landscapes, and news agendas to inform client strategy
  • Provide strategic counsel and proactive guidance to senior clients
  • Be the main point of contact for clients, building trusted and long-lasting relationships
  • Confidently challenge client thinking and present innovative solutions
  • Oversee reporting, team workflows, and delivery to ensure excellence across all accounts
  • Produce and present insight-driven decks to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Advise on campaign timing and messaging in response to external events


About You

You are likely to be:

  • Experienced in corporate PR and reputation management
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
  • Skilled in managing multiple accounts and deadlines effectively
  • Confident advising senior stakeholders and handling sensitive issues
  • Motivated, proactive, and able to guide and inspire your team
