The Role

We’re looking for an Account Manager to sit at the operational heart of our client accounts.


This is a delivery-led, high-responsibility role for someone who is relentlessly organised, deeply detail-oriented, and energised by momentum. You’ll be responsible for making sure strategy doesn’t stay on paper – it gets executed, on time, to a high standard, across multiple accounts and content types.


You wil lset the tempo, uphold standards, and mobilise the team to deliver excellent work every day.

There is a genuine opportunity here to set the bar for what “great” looks like at Account Manager level within Bloxspring and to progress quickly as the agency grows.

What You’ll Be Responsible For


Account & Delivery Management
  • Managing the day-to-day delivery of multiple B2B client accounts
  • Owning timelines, workflows and moving parts across campaigns
  • Making sure nothing slips – deadlines, approvals, dependencies
  • Acting as the engine room of each account
Turning Strategy into Action
  • Taking high-level strategy and translating it into clear, actionable plans
  • Coordinating delivery across earned media, owned content and campaigns
  • Ensuring activity on the ground aligns with the agreed narrative and objectives
Integrated Execution
  • Managing delivery of earned media activity (pitches, announcements, commentary, interviews, data stories)
  • Coordinating owned content production (executive content, blogs, articles, white papers)
  • Keeping a close eye on quality, detail, tone and consistency across outputs
Team & Process
  • Mobilising internal teams to deliver work efficiently and on time
  • Holding yourself and others accountable to high standards
  • Flagging risks early and solving problems before they escalate
  • Bringing structure, clarity and momentum to busy weeks
Client Communication
  • Supporting senior leads in client communications
  • Managing day-to-day client interactions clearly and confidently
  • Keeping clients informed, aligned and reassured



What We’re Looking For


  • 3+ years’ integrated comms experience in a B2B agency
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines simultaneously
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organisational discipline
  • A bias toward action – you don’t just plan, you execute
  • High energy, resilience and a strong sense of ownership
  • Clear, confident written and verbal communication skills



Location & Working Style


  • UK-based, with hybrid working in London

Salary & Benefits


Salary: £40,000 – £43,000, depending on experience
