What You’ll Be Doing:

• Connect with potential customers in face-to-face sales campaigns within residential environments across London
• Understand customer needs, provide excellent service, and present your client’s products and services in an engaging way
• Build rapport, answer queries, and support customer acquisition while maximising earnings through the brand awareness fee plus commission structure
• Collaborate with the team to share strategies, successes, and insights

Requirements:

• Positive and enthusiastic attitude with a strong work ethic
• Full-time equivalent availability (4–5 full working days, Mon–Sat)
• Confidently engage with people using excellent English and interpersonal skills.
• Team player with motivation to learn and succeed
• Eligible to work full-time in the UK without restrictions

No previous sales experience is required — candidates with the right attitude and willingness to learn will succeed. Previous successful candidates have come from customer-facing backgrounds such as retail, hospitality, care, call centre, support work, or roles in warehouse, driver, labourer, construction, healthcare, and manufacturing. This self-employed role offers a combination of a fantastic brand awareness fee plus commission, rewarding effort and results while providing full training and ongoing mentorship.
