Job description

We’re hiring an enterprise experienced Strategic Accounts Manager for an international rewards business entering a period of rapid growth following investment.


The role centres on maximising and expanding a small number of enterprise partnerships in the entertainment sector, including three core accounts rolling out internationally this year.


This is a hybrid role combining:


  • Revenue growth across existing enterprise clients.
  • Identifying and developing new partnership opportunities.
  • Ensuring longterm customer success and satisfaction.


We’re looking for someone who:


  • Comes from enterprise Account Management with exposure to Partnerships or Customer Success.
  • Has worked with enterprise, high-value clients in entertainment or adjacent sectors.
  • Is commercially minded and focused on account growth rather than new-logo hunting.
  • Enjoys operating in a varied, less rigid role with scope to shape partnerships.
  • Is confident engaging senior stakeholders across complex accounts.
