Our client is a premium consumer brand operating at the intersection of science, design, and innovation within the health and lifestyle space. With a strong global footprint and a clear commitment to product excellence, the business is investing in Amazon as a strategic growth channel. The Amazon Manager US will play a critical role in launching, scaling, and protecting the brand on Amazon US, ensuring commercial success while maintaining brand and pricing integrity.

The Amazon Manager US will…

  • Lead the end-to-end setup and launch of the Amazon US 3P business, owning Seller Central configuration, Brand Registry, catalogue, and fulfilment models
  • Take full ownership of day-to-day Amazon operations, ensuring listings are compliant, optimised, buyable, and on-brand
  • Own the Amazon US commercial plan and full P&L, covering revenue, margin, fees, media investment, and inventory productivity
  • Manage pricing, promotions, and marketplace governance to protect brand equity and contribution margin
  • Act as the single point of accountability for Amazon US across commercial, marketing, supply chain, finance, and operations

The Amazon Manager US will require…

  • Proven hands-on experience operating and scaling Amazon 3P businesses
  • Demonstrated ownership of Amazon marketplace P&Ls, including launch experience
  • Strong commercial and analytical capability with a data-led mindset
  • Confidence working directly in Seller Central and managing operational complexity
  • Ability to lead cross-functionally through influence rather than hierarchy

The Amazon Manager US will benefit from…

  • A rare opportunity to launch and own a strategically critical Amazon US channel from the UK.
  • High autonomy with visible impact on global growth plans
  • Support from specialist planning and marketing teams
  • Competitive salary, benefits, and hybrid working model
  • A people-first culture focused on wellbeing, learning, and inclusion

Our client is committed to promoting equality of opportunity for all employees and job applicants. In line with the Equality Act 2010, they strive to create and maintain a working environment in which everyone can make the best use of their skills, free from discrimination or harassment, and in which all decisions are based on merit. Applications are welcomed from candidates of all backgrounds, and reasonable adjustments are supported throughout the recruitment process.
