Position Summary
The Regional Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the end-to-end supply chain operations across one or more operational regions within the adapa Group. Reporting directly to the Head of Operational Planning, this role will drive cross-functional alignment between production, planning, logistics, and procurement to ensure high service levels, cost efficiency, and operational performance. The role requires strategic thinking, operational execution, and strong leadership to lead initiatives that support both regional and group-wide supply chain objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Regional Supply Chain Leadership:
Oversee supply chain operations across assigned regions, ensuring alignment with overall group strategy and operational planning objectives.
- Planning & Coordination:
Coordinate with local site planners and region leaders to optimize production planning, raw material availability, and inventory management.
- Performance Management:
Monitor and analyze key supply chain KPIs (e.g., service levels, OTIF, inventory, lead times), identifying gaps and leading continuous improvement initiatives.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
Act as the key supply chain liaison between sites, regional leadership, and central planning teams, ensuring timely information flow and coordinated decision-making.
- Risk Mitigation & Resilience:
Identify supply chain risks within the region and develop contingency plans to minimize disruptions.
- Sustainability & Compliance:
Ensure compliance with group policies, quality standards, and sustainability initiatives in all supply chain processes.
- Process Improvement:
Lead or support regional projects related to supply chain optimization, digitalization, and integration of new tools or processes.
- People Leadership:
Provide functional leadership to local supply chain teams within the region(s), fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 7 years of experience in supply chain, production planning, or logistics roles within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes (S&OP, production planning, procurement, logistics).
- Experience in a regional or multi-site role is highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proven leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills; experience with supply chain planning tools is a plus.
- Fluent in English; additional European languages are advantageous.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region (approx. 20–40%).
