We are looking for an experienced and highly capable Project Manager to join our UK team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record delivering multiple site projects within luxury retail and a strong passion for retail display, shop-fit, and experiential production.

Job Description
Reporting to the Head of Projects, the Project Manager will work closely with the production and delivery teams and will be responsible for the end-to-end management of multiple client projects.
Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing all aspects of assigned client portfolios, including tendering, project delivery, and account management
- Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, attending site meetings and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle
- End-to-end project ownership, from initial brief and costing through design development, production, installation, and de-rig
- Production oversight and quality control, ensuring all builds meet Pardgroup’s standards and client brand guidelines
- Site management and coordination of suppliers, freelancers, sub-contractors, and internal teams
- Project accounting, including preparing quotes, responding to tenders, budget control, cost reporting, and reconciliation
- Organising, prioritising, and managing complex programmes of work and installation schedules across multiple sites
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with sub-contractors and suppliers
- Managing logistics and on-site operational planning
- Preparing and overseeing Health & Safety documentation, including RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements), and ensuring site compliance
Skills & Experience Required
You will have:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within luxury retail, shop-fit, shop-in-shop, experiential, or merchandising environments
- The ability to manage multiple projects, clients, and sites simultaneously, all at different stages of delivery
- Strong site-based project management experience
- A deep understanding of bespoke production techniques, materials, and finishes for windows, pop-ups, events, and exhibitions
- The ability to foresee potential issues and proactively solve problems while maintaining client confidence
- Experience managing on-site health and safety
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills when working with sub-contractors, suppliers, and global clients
- The ability to read and interpret technical drawings and CAD plans
- Strong IT skills, ideally including Microsoft Office and project management tools
- A positive, flexible, and “can-do” attitude
- The ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, often to tight deadlines and using own initiative
- Previous experience in a similar role within the same or closely related field
Desirable
- Fluency in Italian is highly desirable due to our global structure
- A background in architecture or technical design would be advantageous
