Role Description
This is part-time contract remote role for a Nuclear Project Management Trainer. The trainer will deliver training programs tailored to nuclear project management, ensuring participants gain essential skills needed for success in their roles.
Responsibilities include delivering comprehensive course materials, providing practical, engaging, and interactive sessions, assessing participant progress, and offering actionable feedback. The role requires close collaboration with employers and learners to identify and address specific training needs, ensuring alignment with industry standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Nuclear Project Management with a focus on professional development and management skills.
- Knowledge and expertise in nuclear project management practices and methodologies is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to assess training outcomes and refine programs to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills to effectively engage and support learners.
- A degree or professional certification in an industry-relevant subject is preferred.
- Ability to motivate and inspire learners in a training environment.
Training or teaching qualifications are desirable but not essential — industry experience matters most. This role could be well suited to a semi-retired or retired professional with the flexibility to work 2 / 3 days a week
