Senior Administrator

Location: Onsite, Monday–Friday

Salary: £32,000

Hours: Mon–Thurs 7:30am–4:30pm, Fri 7:30am–3:30pm

Contract: Term Time Only (40 weeks) + 2 weeks during holidays

Reports to: Office Manager & Head

What You’ll Be Doing

School & Head of Year Support

  • Coordinate and oversee parent meetings across five year groups
  • Act as the trusted “go‑to” person for five Heads of Year
  • Manage key school inboxes, using judgement to prioritise, respond and escalate
  • Support Parent Information Evenings and end‑of‑term prize presentations
  • Work with autonomy, discretion and a high level of professional judgement


General Office Support

  • Handle incoming telephone queries with warmth and clarity
  • Draft letters and emails to a high professional standard
  • Maintain and quality‑assure pastoral data systems, ensuring accuracy and reliability
