Linney is looking for a Account Manager

Job description

Account Manager

London (Hybrid), Full Time

Here at Linney we are looking for an organised, proactive and detail focused Account Manager to join our team and support one of our major clients onsite at their London headquarters in White City. You will be working closely with the Account Director, client teams and internal Linney departments to deliver influencer boxes, promotional activity and creative projects from brief to completion.

This role is hybrid with two to three days each week at the client’s Gateway Central office.

What you will be doing:

Owning your brands

You will be the primary point of contact for the clients’ social brand teams, making sure every project runs smoothly and that all information is up to date across online and offline trackers.

Managing projects from brief to delivery

You will guide projects through the full process, from concepts and scamps to production, quality control and final delivery, ensuring everything meets agreed budgets, timelines and critical paths.

Building great relationships

You will attend all brand WIP meetings, manage expectations clearly, and provide excellent customer service at every stage.

Coordinating with internal teams

You will understand how our Display and Packaging Scheduling teams work so you can help plan workflow, support efficiencies and keep everything running on track.

Identifying risks early

You will stay ahead of potential challenges, raise risks promptly with the Senior Account Manager, and help shape solutions.

Managing project finances

You will ensure every job has accurate quotes, revised costs when required and financial approval before production begins.

What we are looking for:

The ideal person will bring:

  • Strong organisational skills with a meticulous eye for detail.
  • Clear and confident communication across all channels.
  • The ability to stay calm, positive and effective in a fast paced environment.
  • A proactive mindset and a drive to keep projects moving forward.
  • Strong time management and the ability to balance multiple live jobs.
  • A collaborative approach, contributing to a positive team culture.
  • A professional attitude, common sense and pride in delivering excellent work.

Training and support:

We will provide full onboarding and training, including:

  • What a strong client brief looks like.
  • How to manage expectations and discuss risk confidently.
  • Systems and process training tailored to your needs.
