Senior Account Executive

Job description

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Account Executive to join a growing healthcare communications agency working across medical education and healthcare communications programmes.

This role suits someone who enjoys being hands-on with delivery, thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to continue building confidence across client, project and event management within healthcare.

The role

• Support the delivery of healthcare communications and medical education projects
• Develop high-quality content including meeting materials, slide decks, agendas and reports
• Coordinate scientific meetings, webinars and symposia, including speaker liaison
• Manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail and timelines
• Work closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver accurate, compliant materials
• Support client relationships and contribute to positive day-to-day client service
• Assist with budget tracking and financial administration
• Ensure work aligns with industry compliance processes

About you

• Around 3+ years’ experience in a healthcare communications or medical education agency
• Strong writing skills with proven experience developing healthcare content
• Confident managing projects and juggling multiple workstreams
• Comfortable working with scientific and medical information
• Familiar with industry compliance processes
• Organised, proactive and proud of the quality of your work
• A collaborative team player keen to learn and grow
