Role Description
We are looking for a Sales Administrator to support our busy sales team and help deliver a smooth, professional experience for our customers. This role is ideal for someone organised, accurate and confident communicating with both customers and colleagues.
Your core responsibilities will include:
· Process customer orders, ensuring all details are accurate and entered correctly into the system.
· Prepare and send quotations, order confirmations, invoices and other sales documents.
· Maintain and update customer records, price lists and product information.
· Handle incoming calls and emails, responding to enquiries.
· Liaise with internal teams (finance, operations, logistics) to ensure orders are fulfilled on time.
· Monitor delivery dates, chase missing information and keep customers informed of order status.
· Generate basic sales reports and support the team with data for meetings or forecasts.
· Provide general administrative support to the sales team, including filing, document management and meeting preparation.
About You
· Strong organisational and time‑management skills, able to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
· Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
· Confident communicator, both written and verbal, with a professional telephone manner.
· Comfortable using Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word and Outlook) and learning new systems/CRMs.
· Proactive, reliable and able to work independently once trained, as well as part of a team.
· Previous experience in an admin, customer service or sales support role is preferred but not essential.
