The Opportunity

We’re looking for a driven and confident Sales Executive to play a key role in expanding our customer base within the utilities space. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys proactive sales, thrives on targets, and wants to be part of a growing, high-energy team. You’ll be responsible for engaging prospects, opening conversations, and turning interest into long-term customer relationships.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Proactively sourcing and engaging new prospects using a variety of outbound methods
  • Making high-volume outbound calls to introduce services and uncover opportunities
  • Clearly explaining solutions to potential customers and tailoring your approach to their needs
  • Managing and updating client information and activity accurately within the CRM system
  • Working closely with colleagues to share insights and support wider sales initiatives
  • Consistently working towards individual goals while contributing to overall team performance


What We’re Looking For

  • Background in a sales-focused role, ideally within utilities, energy, or a similar sector
  • Confident communicator with the ability to influence and build rapport quickly
  • Motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player with a proactive and positive attitude
  • Comfortable using CRM platforms and standard office software
