- Manage a consultative sales cycle (1–12 months)
- You’re supported by sales support and customer success teams, so the focus stays on relationships and growth, not admin.

- £5,200 car allowance
- £12,000 OTE (uncapped, paid quarterly)
- Mileage paid at HMRC rates

- Structured onboarding and training
- Supportive, people-first culture with strong work/life balance focus
About you
- Experience in B2B business development or consultative sales
