Senior Paid Social Commerce Manager Location: Hybrid (2 Days Office / 3 Days Home)

Having already achieved massive success in the US social commerce market, they are now at a tipping point in the UK, ready to replicate that success.


This is a total strategic transformation, moving from legacy models to a high-velocity social engine. The UK pilot results were staggering, with 10,000 new customers acquired in just 6 months via a single social platform.

The Role as the operational lead for Social Commerce, you will drive revenue, engagement, and new customer acquisition.

  • Paid Strategy: Lead the planning and execution of all paid social activity, focusing on GMV Max and conversion-led performance marketing.
  • Live Operations: Drive daily revenue and engagement on live shopping platforms, ensuring a strong presence across all storefront verticals.
  • Strategic Events: Lead involvement in major social commerce activations and IRL campaigns, collaborating with creators and influencers to drive sales.
  • Analytics: Track hard KPIs—including ROAS and repeat shop rate—sharing actionable insights directly with senior leadership to steer the UK strategy.
  • Mentorship: Provide nurturing and empowering support for the social commerce assistant, fostering their growth and expertise.


Your Profile: You are a self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit and a brand-first mindset.

  • Paid Social Expertise: Specialised experience with TikTok GMV Max and Meta/Google commerce tools.
  • Commerce Background: Proven experience in a fast-paced retail or e-commerce environment is essential.
  • Aesthetic Sense: You have a good aesthetic sensibility and can guide creative direction for high-velocity social ads.
  • Leadership: Strong strategic and leadership capability with the ability to influence at all levels of the business.
