Mechanical Inspector

RINA is looking for experienced mechanical inspector to perform inspection activities on behalf of RINA for our esteemed clients in the UK.

Job description:

• 10 hour visit to JB Valves in Huddersfield to witness testing and issue Inspection Release Note

Requested:

• Shall have functioned as an Inspector, ideally serving Clients in the Oil and Gas Industry, for at least 5 years.
• Must have knowledge of Client Specific Specifications and conversant with ITP inspection surveillance points. Be fully conversant with appropriate international Codes and Standards.
• Experience in witnessing heat treatment and mechanical testing activities required.
• Ability to prepare daily/weekly inspection reports;
• Adequate level of English for reporting, understanding international standards/codes, and communicating with clients in case of need;
• Being a freelancer inspector or part of inspectors agency/society, the inspector or the company should be able to invoice the service;
