We are retained by a business that is one of the highest regarded M&E Contractors in their space, with a long existing track record of delivering major design & builds in the commercial, residential, hotel & leisure, pharmaceutical projects with values up to £60 million.
Due to 2025 being a year of significant growth and record high profit levels, they are looking to continue strengthening the engineering team for a major design & build scheme in Central London. Therefore, they are looking for the best of the best!
Qualifications/Certifications/Education:
- Mechanical/ Building Services Engineer Degree or City & Guilds in Mechanical Engineering
Skills:
- Mechanical design

Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lead mechanical packages from design through to handover
- Manage and coordinate designs, drawings, and technical submissions
- Oversee procurement of plant, materials, and subcontractors
- Ensure works meet programme, budget, and quality targets
- Monitor site progress and report to senior management
- Manage and support subcontractors and site team
- Ensure full compliance with regulations and client specifications
- Drive value engineering and cost efficiencies
- Lead testing, commissioning, and system handover
- Manage O&M manuals and close-out documentation
- Chair and attend technical and progress meetings
- Enforce health, safety, and environmental standards
- Identify and resolve technical and commercial issues
- Mentor and support junior engineers
