Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Registrar, based in the London Area, United Kingdom, with flexibility to work remotely as needed. The Registrar will oversee academic and student records, ensure compliance with academic policies, manage course registration systems, and collaborate with faculty and administrative staff to maintain accurate records. Additional responsibilities include overseeing grading systems, preparing reports, and ensuring data security and compliance with institutional and legal standards.
Qualifications
- Experience with student records management, academic policies, and data compliance
- Proficiency in administrative skills, project management, and operational planning
- Technical proficiency with student information systems and data management platforms
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and ensure effective operational processes
- Knowledge of higher education systems and familiarity with UK educational requirements is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Education Administration, Business, or similar); Master's degree is preferred
