Compass Associates are proud to be working with a valued client in their recruitment for an experienced Home Manager for their large elderly care home near Wembley. The is a chance to join a reputable national provider with good support systems along with taking over management of a well performing home with ‘Good’ CQC.

This role would suit a Home Manager that is passionate about care and has experience successfully an elderly service. You will be required to focus on providing high-quality person-centered care in line with CQC regulations, supporting/developing a new staff team along with ensuring the financial performance of the home.

The Candidate

The successful candidate must have experience as a Home Manager and show you have a strong understanding of CQC criteria, along with having a track history of achieving 'Good' - 'Outstanding' CQC reports. Candidates do not need to be nurse qualified but must have experience managing an elderly nursing home.

The candidate must have excellent leadership skills and provide evidence that they have the capability to run a successful care service. The position requires a confident, positive person who can motivate a staff team, ensure that first class care is always delivered and understand the expectations of working within a high-end environment.

Requirements

• Must have experience managing an elderly nursing home.
• Knowledgeable on CQC criteria and a history of compliant reports.
• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to market to the private market.

Location

The home is based near Wembley and would be a suitable commute from Ealing, Southall, Hounslow, Northolt, Harrow, Notting Hill, Kensington and Acton.

Summary

My client is seeking an experienced Nurse qualified Home Manager who has a track history of managing successful homes. In exchange, my client is offering a salary of £80,000 + 30% bonus and attractive benefit package.
