This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact by supporting healthcare professionals in maximizing the value of advanced medical technologies, with a strong focus on post-sales support and technical data connectivity/reporting tools from a clinical perspective.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals across the UK, serving as their trusted post-implementation partner.
- Provide expert clinical and technical support for data connectivity solutions and reporting tools, ensuring seamless integration into clinical workflows.
- Deliver comprehensive training and ongoing education to healthcare teams on product utilization, data management, and reporting capabilities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to clinical data systems, working closely with IT and clinical staff.
- Analyze client usage patterns and reporting needs to optimize system performance and user satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to communicate client feedback and drive continuous product improvement.
- Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory requirements, and emerging technologies in clinical data management.
- Represent the company at industry events, user group meetings, and training sessions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in perfusion or related clinical specialty.
- Strong technical aptitude with experience in clinical data systems, connectivity solutions, or healthcare IT.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to translate technical concepts for clinical audiences.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills suited for engaging with medical professionals and technical teams.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the UK.
