Role Definition

The Commercial Manager is responsible for taking Encore’s product suite to market, building and nurturing relationships with agencies

and direct brands, driving revenue growth through strategic business development and best-in-class account management

This role exists to be the driving force behind Encore’s market presence and revenue growth. By proactively engaging with agencies and

brands, the Commercial Manager ensures that Encore’s solutions are front-of-mind for key marketing decision-makers. The value

created goes beyond sales targets: it’s about building trusted partnerships, embedding Encore in clients’ campaign strategies, and

shaping how clients achieve their marketing objectives through innovative, tailored solutions. When this role is delivering well, Encore

becomes a preferred partner, client investment grows, and the business is positioned for sustainable success
