Senior Account Manager – Luxury Drinks & Experiences

The Role
As a senior manager within the team, you'll be at the heart of client strategy and campaign delivery, ensuring every account runs seamlessly while identifying opportunities to elevate brands and grow relationships.
You'll be trusted to:
- Oversee a portfolio of luxury drinks and experiential clients, maintaining a clear 360° view across all activity and ensuring exceptional delivery at every stage.
- Develop and execute creative PR, social media, and influencer campaigns that generate impact, conversation, and measurable results.
- Build trusted client partnerships, providing strategic counsel and confidently guiding stakeholders through opportunities and challenges.
- Stay ahead of cultural trends, media developments, and consumer conversations to identify proactive opportunities that keep clients relevant and visible.
- Balance meticulous attention to detail with strategic thinking, anticipating challenges before they arise and driving campaigns forward with confidence.
- Support and inspire junior team members, fostering a collaborative, positive, and high-performing culture.
- Contribute to agency growth by identifying opportunities within existing accounts and supporting new business initiatives.
- Work closely with senior leadership on account planning, resourcing, and commercial performance.
What You'll Bring
- Proven PR agency experience at Senior Account Manager level, or the ambition and capability to step up into an Account Director position.
- Outstanding communication and writing skills, with the ability to craft compelling stories, engaging social content, and polished client communications.
- Strong media relations experience and an instinct for identifying newsworthy angles, cultural moments, and reactive opportunities.
- Creative thinking and a proactive mindset, bringing fresh ideas for campaigns, influencer partnerships, press office activity, and brand storytelling.
- Excellent client management skills, with the confidence to advise, influence, and build lasting relationships.
- Commercial awareness and an understanding of agency operations, account growth, and resource planning.
- Strong organisational skills, able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional standards.
- Proficiency across Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- A positive, energetic approach and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional work.
