Relay Direct is seeking a Junior Sales Project Representative to join our Watford-based team. This role is ideally suited to individuals who excel in customer-facing environments and are looking to transition into a professional sales and marketing career backed by full training and a structured development programme.

Role Responsibilities

• Engaging directly with customers in face-to-face settings on behalf of leading UK brands
• Delivering outstanding customer service experiences while actively driving brand awareness
• Building and nurturing relationships that convert new customers into long-term brand advocates
• Assisting the wider team in the execution of local outreach strategies and campaign objectives
• Participating in daily performance reviews and team target-setting sessions

Candidate Profile

• A warm, approachable personality with a natural aptitude for customer engagement
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or events is highly advantageous
• Motivated to develop a long-term career in sales and marketing beyond a service role
• A positive, solution-focused attitude with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Must be 18 years of age or above and legally entitled to work in the UK
