Job description:
We are working with a large Engineering Provider who are looking for an Interim Manager with experience managing divisions up to level 5, to come in and manage the department whilst working with clients on multi-million pound contracts, managing large projects and maintaining relationships with clients to continue producing high quality delivery to the HE apprentices.
This role involves:
- A strong need for a people orientated person, relationship management is essential
- Managing the HE Engineering department
- Managing large contracts with global corporations
Required:
- Strong management experience with a people/ relationship centred approach
- Experience managing FE/ Private Training Engineering departments up to Level 5
