About the Company
Ocean Media Group is the market leader in delivering news, best practice and events for the UK social and affordable housing sector, supported by a portfolio of influential brands including Inside Housing, Housing 2025, Social Housing, Housing Week London and The Flooring Show.We’re looking for a confident, proactive sales professional to join our Delegate Sales team on a 12-week temporary contract.
About the Role
This part-time role (three days per week, office-based) will focus on driving delegate bookings across our Housing events portfolio.
Responsibilities
- You’ll work closely with the Delegate Sales team to follow up warm leads.
- Engage prospective attendees by phone.
- Convert interest into confirmed registrations.
Qualifications
- Is comfortable and confident on the phone.
- Enjoys building relationships and influencing decision-makers.
- Has strong B2B or events sales experience.
- Is motivated by hitting targets and contributing to team success.
Required Skills
- Strong communication skills.
- Proven sales experience.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in the events industry.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
