Sales Executive (Nursing experience)

We need a sales person.

We know we’re asking a lot.

We want a rare set of skills—sales experience AND nursing qualifications.

If you can offer both, we’d love to speak to you.

The money is good (basic of £35K and OTE, with uncapped commission, of £80K).

The conditions are good (work from home almost all the time). (No shift work!)

You’ll be helping to deliver the best evidence-based care to patients.

Not by caring for them yourself--you’ll do it through your sales activity.

We’re recognised as one of the best online resources in the UK to support training and education in clinical skills. You’ll be selling a product that helps to spread knowledge about best clinical practice throughout the NHS, healthcare organisations, universities and care homes.

About you

To be considered for this wonderful opportunity, you’ll need:

·     A strong background in nursing, ideally in the NHS

·     An understanding of the clinical education needs of nurses and student nurses

·     Proven success in B2B sales and ideally in software-as-a-service (minimum 3 years)

·     The personality to bond with our prospective clients

·     The ability to learn our software and understand how it meets our clients’ needs

·     The confidence to demonstrate our product and make the sale

·     To live within easy reach of London in order to attend team meetings

Salary and benefits

·     Location: Remote working, with occasional team meetings in London, but sometimes in other locations throughout the UK to meet clients or prospective clients as required (travel expenses will be paid).

·     Hours: 35 hours a week, 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday

·     Salary: Basic of £35K and OTE (with uncapped commission) of £80K

·     31 days holiday including bank holidays increasing with service
