Sales Development Representative - London (Paddington)

£27,000 base salary + Uncapped Commission

Full‑time | 5 days per week in a Paddington office

Promotion to Sales Executive after 3 months with salary increase to £30,000

About the Role

We’re looking for an ambitious, energetic, and career‑driven Sales Development Representative to join a high‑performing Sales team in Paddington. This is the perfect opportunity for someone eager to fast‑track their sales career - after just 3 months of strong performance, you’ll progress to a Sales Executive role with a salary increase to £30,000, plus uncapped commission.

As an SDR, you’ll be the driving force behind new business generation: prospecting, engaging decision-makers, qualifying inbound and outbound leads, and creating high‑quality opportunities for the wider sales team.

What You’ll Do

• Identify and contact potential clients through calls, emails, and social outreach
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads and book high‑value appointments
• Communicate the value of our solutions to senior-level decision makers
• Collaborate closely with the Sales Executives to ensure a smooth handover
• Track activity, pipeline and performance metrics in our CRM
• Continually develop product knowledge and sales techniques
