Temporary Healthcare Assistant / Domiciliary Care Assistant

Location: Gloucestershire (Cheltenham & Gloucester – Main Areas)

Contract: Temporary / Agency

Pay Rate: £12.21 – £14.00 per hour

Requirement: Full UK Driving Licence & Access to Own Vehicle (Essential)

Opportunity Overview

We are recruiting experienced Healthcare Assistants and Domiciliary Care Assistants to support clients across the Gloucestershire area, primarily in Cheltenham and Gloucester.

This is a community-based role providing care within service users’ own homes. Reliability, professionalism, and compassion are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing personal care and support
• Assisting with daily living activities
• Supporting medication (where trained)
• Promoting independence and wellbeing
• Maintaining accurate care records
• Travelling between client homes

Essential Requirements

• Previous care experience (domiciliary or residential)
• Full UK driving licence
• Access to own vehicle
• Right to work in the UK
• Good communication skills
• Flexible availability
