Role: Safety / CDM Advisor (Facilities & Construction)

Location: Hertfordshire + travel to additional UK sites

Job Type: Full Time, 2 years FTC

The Role

Join a growing safety team supporting construction and facilities projects across a major UK estate. As the Safety / CDM Advisor, you will work alongside Project Managers to ensure CDM compliance, provide expert safety guidance, and help deliver high-quality working environments across multiple sites.

CDM Advisor Responsibilities

• Support delivery of projects across the UK estate with a strong focus on CDM 2015 compliance
• Assist in self-delivering the Principal Designer role on smaller works
• Conduct site inspections, audits, and contractor compliance checks
• Support incident investigations and safety reporting
• Provide competent H&S advice to FM teams and stakeholders
• Help improve processes and develop safer working practices

What We’re Looking For

• NEBOSH Diploma or NVQ Level 6 (preferred)
• IOSH membership with active CPD
• Strong understanding of CDM regulations
• Experience working across construction or FM project environments
• Ability to travel across UK sites and manage multiple projects

Vetting: Please note that due to the nature of industry, successful candidates must be willing to obtain SC clearance and therefore hold British Citizenship.
