Job Overview:
We’re looking for a hungry, driven Business Development Manager who loves winning new business.
This is a role for someone who enjoys the thrill of closing deals, building relationships, and being rewarded for performance.
You’ll be speaking to marketing leaders, pitching a disruptive solution, and directly influencing company growth. If you want a role where effort = reward, this is it.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage prospective clients through research, networking, and outreach.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Accurately forecast sales and maintain up-to-date CRM records.
- Track and report on sales performance, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
- Build relationships with prospects and internal stakeholders to grow new business opportunities
- Work collaboratively with marketing and technology departments to execute sales strategy, as we introduce enhancements to existing solutions and/or release new products
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Consistently achieve or exceed sales and revenue targets through proactive effort.
The Person:
• Proven success in a sales or business development role (minimum 2-3 years).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Results-driven with a track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Self-motivated, highly organised, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Positive attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow within the role.
SaaS, media, or marketing experience is helpful but not essential — attitude matters more.

Base Salary: £40,000 - £45,000
OTE: £90-100,000, commission uncapped
