About the Role

As Sales Manager, you will play a key role in the performance and growth of the Fulham branch. Your responsibilities will include:

Performance & Targets

• Supporting the delivery of branch targets and KPIs.
• Taking accountability for profitability, market share growth and overall branch performance.
• Providing clear, data‑driven insights to clients with regular market updates, recommendations, and progress reviews.
• Client & Customer Service
• Handling all aspects of estate agency including market appraisals, listings, negotiations, and sales progression.
• Ensuring all activity aligns with company sales processes and service standards.
• Maintaining excellent client care by ensuring brochures, floorplans, photographs and listing details are always accurate and up to date.

Marketing & Compliance

• Managing and enhancing marketing activity for new and existing properties.
• Producing documentation for new instructions including agency agreements, AML requirements, fact finds, and relevant paperwork.
• Ensuring full compliance with legislation and internal processes.
