Account Manager (Health & Beauty)

Linney is looking for a Account Manager (Health & Beauty)

Job description

Linney is a world-class, multichannel marketing services business. We are looking for an experienced account manager to work on a number of our key accounts in health and beauty.

Applicants should have experience working directly with brands and retailers on 2D, 3D and creative solutions and production services, along with a good understanding of in-store activation.

Based on site at the client’s London headquarters, this hybrid role will see the successful candidate take responsibility for the assigned brands and be the primary point of contact for clients’ Visual Merchandising teams. A natural ability to multi-task, project-manage, and assist teams to ensure successful end-to-end project delivery is essential.

They must be customer-aware at all times, managing projects in line with pre-determined critical path agreements, to agreed budgets, while maintaining and updating all required online and offline trackers.

The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated professional with a focus on customer service, who is comfortable working both as part of the team and independently. They will need to foresee potential issues, raise risk and plan around challenges, whilst managing client expectations and being responsible for the financial health of projects worked on.

Key responsibilities of the role include understanding which projects are live, assessing future projects, attending brand briefings to become the brand's key contact, and ensuring all data on the online WIP is up to date.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for QC checking amends and ensuring delivery information and quantity documents are clearly identified.

They will need to have a good understanding how the display and packaging scheduling team work, in order to optimise internal efficiencies, and will need to manage conflicts between project time, cost and quality challenges, raising any risk to the senior team.

The role is located three days a week on-site at the client's offices in London, and remotely.

Essential skills:

• Excellent organisational skills with a strong attention to detail

• The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• A proactive attitude with high-productivity and commitment

• The ability to self-motivate and get the task done
